NFQ is a core technology partner for HomeToGo – a dedicated team of software engineers and data science professionals driving innovation to power a marketplace with the world’s largest selection of vacation rentals. We are expanding HomeToGo’s technology teams in Lithuania and Poland and are looking for the brightest talents to join the company.

We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer (PHP) to join our Checkout team. You will play an essential role in our platform’s success by joining the team responsible for enhancing the checkout process and post booking experience. Your expertise in PHP development will be instrumental in delivering seamless user experiences and optimizing the booking flow for our users.
In this role, you will
Take end-to-end ownership of features, from refinement to production, including engineering decisions on larger topics

Design and build entire applications, partnering with architects to ensure the scalability, reliability and usability of our Marketplace products
Work with business stakeholders to define requirements, plan milestones and iterate on features based on measured performance
Contribute to technical and architectural standards across the company
Mentor teammates and take part in hiring
Work with a broad stack including PHP, SQL databases, Elasticsearch, RabbitMQ, SQS, Kubernetes and AWS
What you will bring
At least 5 years of professional software engineering experience
Deep expertise in PHP and Symfony
Experience building scalable, distributed systems
Solid knowledge of relational databases
Experience designing APIs and integrating with third-party systems
Hands-on experience with LLM-based tools, both as a user and as an engineer building AI-driven solutions
Comfort working directly with business stakeholders
Professional working proficiency in English

131 - 179 PLN/h + VAT (B2B)
18 260 - 24 900 PLN gross (Permanent)
