Two problems, one place: which roles fit —
and why you're not getting them.

A job board can rank listings. A CV tool can check formatting. Neither can tell you which missing skill is costing you interviews, because that needs both halves.

See your CV as an ATS sees it
We open the PDF itself — layout, contact block, headings, dates — and score what a parser can actually read. Every point deducted names the defect, and the same screen measures your skills against the live market so you know which gap costs most.

Only roles you qualify for
Ranked against the skills we extracted, not against keywords you typed. Each listing shows how many of its required skills you already cover, and which ones you are missing.

Every application in one board
Saved, applied, rejected, offer. The part of a job search that is pure admin, arranged so it finally looks like progress.

The whole thing, start to finish.

A CV goes in, roles come out ranked against it, and an application gets tracked — one unedited take, no narration.

Stop guessing why you're not hearing back.

Every developer role in Europe ranked against your real skills, and a read of the CV you are sending them — so you know both which jobs are worth your time and what is keeping you out of the rest.

You never have to upload a CV. Build your profile by hand in six short steps instead. Upload one if you prefer the fast road — we read it, extract your skills, then delete it, and you can wipe everything whenever you want.

Starter is the diagnosis — full findings, once a month, no card. Pro is the search: a CV and cover letter written for the role. That is a subscription; cancel anytime. Career is twelve months of Pro, paid once.

See why you are not matching — the whole diagnosis, once a month.

  • 1 full CV check a monthWe read your PDF the way an employer’s screening software reads it, and report what it could and could not extract.
  • Every problem we find, not a teaserThe free check is the whole diagnosis — not a sample with the rest sold back to you.
  • A 0–100 fit score on every live jobBuilt from the skills the advert actually requires against the ones on your CV, with a verdict on whether you clear the bar or are reaching for it.
  • Keep 3 jobs on a shortlistSomewhere to put the ones worth a second look, without an account upgrade.

Walk into each listing with a CV and cover letter written for that role.

Everything in Starter, plus:

  • Your CV corrected, not replacedWe take the problems the check found and fix them, keeping every employer, job title, date and qualification exactly as they are. Where a fix needs a number your CV never gave, you get a placeholder to fill in — never an invented figure.
  • A version of your CV written for one specific jobIt reads that advert, then re-weights your real experience towards what the employer asked for. One page, and it never adds a skill you do not have.
  • A cover letter when you ask for oneWritten from your CV and that specific advert — not a template, and with no signature block to delete.
  • The three things buried in a long job advertWhat you would actually build — product, team size, greenfield or legacy. How deep the experience really needs to be, and what separates this advert from every other one with the same title. And the concrete terms: salary if stated, how remote it really is, training budget, equity. It skips whatever is already on the card, and never states anything the advert does not.
  • Re-check your CV as often as you like, while you subscribeAfter every edit, instead of once a month.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know, with full transparency.

Do I need to register?

Browsing every job listing on JobsMatch never requires an account. To analyse your CV we'll ask you to create a free one first — it takes a few seconds and means your results and matches are saved, not lost.

Do I have to upload my CV?

No. There are two ways to get a profile and they lead to the same ranked matches. Upload a PDF and we read it into a profile in about a minute, or build the profile by hand: six short steps asking for your area, level, skills, languages and where you want to work. On that second road no file is ever sent, we hold nothing but the answers you type, and you see all of them on a summary screen before anything is saved. The one thing you give up is the ATS report — scoring how an applicant tracking system reads your CV needs the actual file. You can switch either way later from the dashboard.

Which formats do you support?

For uploads, PDF only — that lets us read the file while keeping the original layout as intact as the PDF allows. If you would rather not upload anything, build your profile by hand instead; no file is involved on that path.

How long does the analysis take?

A few seconds. Just upload the file and you'll see your ATS score and your first matching results straight away.

What happens to my CV?

If you upload one: the original PDF is read in memory and is not kept on our servers. We store a structured profile (skills, seniority, and similar fields), a capped plain-text parse of what an ATS sees, and a short scan history — including quoted passages that support the findings, capped at the last 20 scans. If you build your profile by hand instead, none of that exists: there is no file, no parse and no scan history, only the fields you filled in. Either way you can delete the profile from the dashboard, or delete your whole account from Settings. Full details are in the Privacy Policy.

Is it free?

Yes. Starter gives you 1 complete CV scan a month — the whole report, every finding, nothing held back — plus the ranked job feed, a match score on every listing, and the plain-text parse of your file, with no card. The paid plans are for a second scan, a tailored CV, and the tools you use once you start applying.

What's the difference between Starter and Pro?

Starter is the diagnosis: your score and every finding behind it, once a month, plus every matching role. Pro is the cure — a CV rewritten and tailored per company, a cover letter when you ask for one, job summaries so you don't read each listing in full, unlimited scans while you subscribe, the full application board, and a search-pipeline chart of where those applications went. Cancel anytime from Settings; when Pro ends you are back to 1 scan a month.

Do I have to subscribe?

Yes, if you want Pro. Pro is billed monthly — that is a subscription, and you cancel it from Settings. Career is 1 year in one payment, with nothing to renew. Starter does not need a card. Both prices are on the cards above.

How long is a typical search?

Most people finish in 4–8 weeks. Pro and Career give you exactly the same product — the difference is how you pay. Pro is a month you can cancel; Career is 1 year in one payment, for anyone who expects the hunt to run long and would rather not think about a renewal.

What happens after my free scan?

Nothing disappears. Your score, your findings and your job feed stay exactly where they are — you just can't scan a new version of your CV until the 1st of next month, when the counter resets. If you're mid-search and can't wait, that's what Pro is for. Unlimited scans last only while Pro is active.

What is a Job Persona?

A Job Persona is a saved CV profile — one per kind of role you apply for, each with its own matches and its own board. Starter includes 1; Pro and Career give you up to 5 and keep the board and personas on our servers, so a new laptop does not start the hunt over. Starter also saves up to 3 jobs and only the Saved column of the board; Pro and Career lift both caps.

How does payment work?

Payments are processed by Stripe, the platform used by millions of companies. We accept credit and debit cards, and your card details never touch our servers.

Can I cancel a subscription anytime?

Yes. Cancel whenever you like from Settings — you'll keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for. Cancel stops the next charge; it is not a refund. Career is one payment and never renews.

Can I remove my data?

Yes. In Settings you can export a JSON copy of the data we hold, delete your CV, or delete your account (which also removes scan history from our servers). On Starter, saved jobs, the board, personas and your photo live in your browser — clear those there if you want them gone. Pro and Career also store the board and personas on the server; export and account deletion cover that copy. You can also email us using the address on the Privacy Policy.

Do you send my CV to an AI?

Yes, when you upload a CV or use an AI tool (rewrite, cover letter, job summary). The text needed for that request is sent to OpenAI, our AI provider, then discarded. We do not use it to train models. Building a profile by hand sends nothing to any AI — that path involves no model call at all. Matching itself is algorithmic either way, not an AI deciding whether you should get a job. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

Will you email me?

We send a confirmation email when you register. Accounts also get a daily job-alert digest and occasional product emails (campaigns, research). Both are on by default — turn either off in Settings, or use the unsubscribe link in that email. The two lists are independent: stopping product emails does not stop the daily digest, and vice versa.
