Job description
About the role:
You deploy our software at customer sites, integrate it with on-site systems, troubleshoot issues, and feed precise findings back to the engineering team. When you’re not traveling, you’ll contribute directly as a software engineer to our product codebase.
Responsibilities :
Install, configure, and validate our software in on-premise customer environments
Investigate and resolve issues on site; create minimal repros and hand over to Engineering as needed
Integrate with customer infrastructure and verify end-to-end workflows

Provide concise field feedback that informs product priorities
Act as a development team member when not traveling, applying your on-site knowledge to guide
Design and implementation towards impactful outcomes
Requirements:
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mechatronics, or equivalent experience
Strong C# skills
Experience with desktop/UI frameworks (WPF, Avalonia)
Enthusiasm for robotics and industrial automation
Willingness to travel at least 40%
Excellent English communication skills
Nice to have:
Experience with one or more of: robotics, machine vision, OpenGL, PLCs, or Modbus
C++ experience
