Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and workflows using Python, SQL, Airflow, and dbt .
Develop cloud-based data solutions, primarily in GCP , while working with modern data architectures and modeling practices.
Design technical architectures and translate business and product needs into scalable technical solutions .
Develop clean, maintainable, and testable code using strong engineering and testing practices.
Collaborate closely with product, data, engineering, and business stakeholders to define requirements and coordinate technical topics.
Take ownership of solutions while aligning with technical peers and proactively contributing to team improvements.
Requirements
5–7 years of Data Engineering experience in complex, fast-paced environments.
Strong hands-on experience with Python and SQL .
Strong experience with Apache Airflow or similar workflow orchestration tools.
Experience with dbt or similar data transformation and modeling tools.
Experience with GCP is preferred ; strong Azure or AWS experience is also considered.
Strong knowledge of data modeling, data transformation, and architecture design .
Experience building clean, maintainable, production-grade code with appropriate testing strategies .
Experience with data analysis workflows using Polars, Pandas, or similar libraries .
Strong ability to translate business and product requirements into technical designs .
Comfortable with context switching , independent ownership, stakeholder collaboration, and working in a product-oriented environment.
