Aktuell suchen wir einen erfahrenen Senior Fullstack Engineer (w/m/d). Du bringst 5+ Jahre Erfahrung in der Backend- und Web-Entwicklung mit und hast Lust auf spannende Aufgaben und Herausforderungen? Let’s talk!

Deine Rolle

Du baust robuste Services und APIs in Kotlin, Java oder TypeScript und bringst sie in unsere Web-Apps, gern auch bis in die Infrastruktur.

Du konzipierst, entwickelst und testest neue Backend-Services und Features im engen Austausch mit Deinen Kolleg*innen aus Frontend und Backend. Dabei gestaltest Du Datenmodelle, Schnittstellen und Integrationen mit Drittsystemen.

Du sorgst für Performance, Skalierbarkeit und Sicherheit unserer Web-Plattformen und Services. Mit unseren Kunden arbeitest Du direkt an der technischen und inhaltlichen Ausgestaltung.

Deine typische Woche

Du konzipierst, entwickelst und testest neue Features, von der API bis zur Oberfläche

Du programmierst im Backend in Kotlin, Java oder TypeScript (Node.js) und im Frontend in TypeScript (React)

Du designst Datenmodelle, Schnittstellen und Integrationen mit Drittsystemen und verbindest sie sauber mit dem Frontend

Du löst Bugs und verbesserst Performance, Skalierbarkeit und Sicherheit unserer Web-Anwendungen und Services

Je nach Projekt wirkst Du an Cloud-Infrastruktur, CI/CD-Pipelines und Deployment mit

Du setzt in Deiner täglichen Arbeit Agentic-Engineering-Tools wie Cursor oder Claude Code ein

Du arbeitest direkt mit unseren Kunden zusammen, in der Regel remote

Du unterstützt Deine Teamkolleg*innen und teilst Learnings und Best Practices Protofy-weit

Du beteiligst Dich aktiv an der fachlichen Weiterentwicklung der Organisation

Du verfolgst neue Trends in Backend, Web und App und diskutierst ihren Einsatz

Dein Profil

Du hast 5+ Jahre Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung, sowohl im Backend als auch in der Web-Entwicklung

Du hast Erfahrung in der Backend-Entwicklung mit Kotlin, Java oder TypeScript (z. B. Node.js) sowie im Design und Betrieb von APIs (REST und/oder GraphQL)

Du hast Erfahrung in der Frontend-Entwicklung mit React, Flutter und TypeScript

Du hast fundiertes Web-Know-how (HTTP, HTML, CSS, TypeScript/JavaScript) und verstehst das Zusammenspiel von Frontend und Backend

Du hast Erfahrung im Design und Einsatz von SQL- und/oder NoSQL-Datenbanken (z. B. PostgreSQL, MongoDB)

Du sprichst verhandlungssicher Deutsch und Englisch

Bonus

Akademischer Hintergrund in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einem anderen relevanten Studiengang (BSc, MSc)

Erfahrung mit Kotlin, z. B. mit Spring Boot (unsere bevorzugte Wahl)

Erfahrung in der Frontend-Entwicklung mit React und TypeScript

Aktiver Einsatz von Agentic-Engineering-Tools wie Claude Code, Cursor oder GitHub Copilot

Erfahrung mit automatisierten Unit- und Integrationstests (z. B. JUnit, Kotest, MockK) und Prinzipien der Code-Qualität wie TDD, Code Reviews, KISS oder Separation of Concerns

Erfahrung mit Cloud-Plattformen (AWS, GCP oder Azure), Docker/Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code (z. B. Terraform), CI/CD sowie Monitoring und Observability

Erfahrung in der App-Entwicklung (z. B. Android/Kotlin, Kotlin Multiplatform, Flutter oder React Native)

Erfahrung im Agentur- oder Start-up-Umfeld und mit agilen Methoden wie Pair oder Mob Programming
