Who we are
Lemrock builds the infrastructure of agentic commerce.
Tomorrow, consumers won't just buy on e-commerce websites. They will discover, compare and purchase directly inside conversational AI interfaces like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and a growing long tail of specialized AI assistants.
For brands, this is a major shift: if they are not present in these environments, they become invisible.
Our mission: enable any brand to exist, sell and distribute in this new channel.
We raised a €7M seed round (the first in Europe on this market), with Jean-Baptiste Rudelle, founder of Criteo, on our board, and the Bpifrance DeepTech label.

The role
The product works, clients renew, and the partners we work with are what make it scale. As our Lead of Partnerships & Operations, you take ownership of those partnerships, make them perform, and run the operations behind them: contracts, launches, numbers, processes.
You work directly with the founders. Your scope starts with partnerships and operations, and it grows with what you show you can carry.
Strategic partnerships
Identify, negotiate and close the partnerships that change our trajectory: technology platforms, payment and distribution partners, AI players
Own the terms: revenue share, minimum guarantees, integration scope, timelines
Run each partnership after signature: launch plan, regular business reviews, next step always dated
Follow each partner's numbers closely, know why they moved before anyone asks, and decide with the team what to scale and what to stop
Operations
Run partner and advertiser launches end to end with Product and Tech: requirements, go-live, follow-up
Own our contracts and the legal topics around them, with our counsel
Build the dashboards and processes that make all this repeatable, with AI and automation wherever they save time
Bring what partners and advertisers tell you back into the product roadmap

Take them and get them done: a contract to close, a business case to model, a process to set up, a problem nobody has diagnosed
Example projects for your first months
A key partner's revenue drops overnight. Find the cause, and ship the fix with Tech
Model the revenue of a new partnership before we commit to a minimum guarantee, then track it against reality
Launch a new partner in a few weeks, with one plan shared by Business, Product and Tech
Profile
Must-have
4 to 8 years in partnerships, business development, BizOps or strategy & operations, ideally in adtech, media, payments or a tech startup
You have negotiated and closed partnerships yourself, and you can tell us what they brought in
Strong with numbers: you build your own models and dashboards, and you notice when a figure looks wrong
Comfortable with technical topics: you can discuss an integration with an engineer or a partner's tech team without a translator
You unblock and you execute: when something stalls, you find out why and get it moving again
Reliable: what you commit to gets done
Fluent French and excellent English, written and spoken
A plus
Adtech or advertising experience
Startup or scale-up experience, or you have founded something
A first experience in consulting or banking, followed by an operating role
SQL
AI-forward: you use AI tools in your daily workflow and have already automated part of it
