Your mission Own the architecture and roadmap of our internal infrastructure tools and data platform

Design and operate centralized data pipelines aggregating data from multiple products (e.g. drones, IoT and robotics devices), ensuring reliable ingestion and synchronization at scale
Build and scale backend services, APIs (Python/Django), and storage solutions, owning them end to end in production
Drive performance, scalability, observability, and security across our backend systems
Lead greenfield projects from concept to production
Mentor engineers, lead design reviews, and help shape technical direction
Your profile 5+ years of software engineering experience, with a track record of owning production systems
Expert Python skills and extensive Django experience
Proven experience building data pipelines in production (ideally Airflow) and strong SQL/PostgreSQL skills
Solid system design skills, including concurrency and asynchronous programming
Production experience with cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP), Docker, Kubernetes, and observability tools (e.g. Grafana)
Ability to work independently, make sound technical decisions, and mentor others
Nice to have Experience with robotics or IoT systems
Go or Rust
Experience building internal tools or developer platforms
What else Intrinsic motivation, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving mindset
Creative thinker with a structured and systematic approach
Humble and collaborative — prioritizes collective success over individual recognition
High ethical standards and disciplined work ethic
Extra-curricular leadership or achievements are a bonus
