Data Science Intern - January 2027

1. The Team You'll Join

You'll be part of our Data Science team, a group of around 70 data professionals working at the heart of Mirakl's platform. Together, you'll be making the most of rich and diverse marketplace data to grow customer revenue, optimize operations, and ensure the safety of users and transactions.

2. Your Impact

Analyze and prepare data to ensure quality and relevance for algorithm development, following best practices for exploration and transformation

Prototype and iterate on algorithms , testing and refining ideas with the support of your mentor and team

Collaborate with Data Engineers to bring your solutions from experimentation to real-world production deployment

Build dashboards to showcase the relevance of your work and monitor performance in production

Present your findings weekly with the team, contributing to brainstorming sessions and tech watch initiatives

3. What You'll Bring to the Role

Experience:

Currently enrolled in the final year of a Master's (Bac+5) in Computer Science at an engineering school or university

Familiarity with data preparation techniques and feature engineering

Understanding of statistics, machine learning, and deep learning algorithms

Interest in the industrialization and scaling of data science models beyond experimental work

Skills:

Cloud environment awareness (AWS, Google Cloud, or MS Azure)

Strong communication and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams

Curiosity, autonomy, and a proactive approach to problem-solving

4. Tech Stack

Python & its data science ecosystem (pandas,sklearn), SQL for data querying and manipulation, TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, Databricks, Spark, AWS (Amazon Redshift, S3), Airflow, Delta Lake, streamlit, pydantic

5. Languages

French – Fluent required

English – Professional level required
