Du willst nicht nur bestehende Infrastruktur verwalten, sondern moderne DevOps- und Cloud-Umgebungen aktiv aufbauen und kontinuierlich weiterentwickeln? Für unseren Partner im FInance-Umfeld in Frankfurt am Main suchen wir erfahrene DevOps Engineers / Senior DevOps Engineers (m/w/d) , die moderne Entwicklungs- und Betriebsprozesse ganzheitlich gestalten – von CI/CD und Infrastructure as Code über Containerisierung und Kubernetes bis hin zu hochautomatisierten Cloud- und On-Premise-Plattformen.
Die Position verfolgt einen konsequenten Platform-First-Ansatz : Entwicklungs- und Betriebsprozesse werden end-to-end analysiert, standardisiert und automatisiert und tief in bestehende Entwicklungs-, IT- und Geschäftsabläufe integriert – in regulierten, sicherheitskritischen Umfeldern mit hohem Gestaltungsspielraum.

Qualifikation
Mehrjährige, belegbare Praxiserfahrung im DevOps-, Cloud- oder Platform-Engineering
Erfahrung mit CI/CD, Git, Infrastructure as Code und automatisierten Deployment-Prozessen
Sicherer Umgang mit Linux
Praktische Erfahrung mit Docker und Kubernetes
Erfahrung mit Cloud-Plattformen
Kenntnisse in Technologien wie Terraform, Ansible, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions oder vergleichbaren Tools
Erfahrung mit GitOps, Monitoring, Logging und Observability von Vorteil
Verständnis für moderne Softwareentwicklungsprozesse und die Zusammenarbeit zwischen Development und Operations
Erfahrung im Aufbau und Betrieb produktiver, hochverfügbarer und skalierbarer Systeme
Ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität
Erfahrung in regulierten oder sicherheitskritischen Umfeldern (z. B. Finanz- oder Versicherungsbranche) von Vorteil
Sehr gute (mind. C1) Deutsch- und gute bis sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
