Web
React, Astro, Tailwind – du baust Websites, die schnell laden und gut aussehen
SEO, Performance, Accessibility: nicht nachträglich draufgesetzt, sondern von Tag eins mitgedacht
CMS-Anbindung machst du im Schlaf – bei uns meist mit Payload
Dazu: n8n-Automatisierungen bauen und pflegen, APIs interner Tools (Asana, Grafana, Google APIs) anbinden – Agenturalltag eben. Diese Vielfalt schreckt dich nicht ab, du packst sie genauso sorgfältig an wie dein Kerngeschäft.
Qualifikation
Kotlin Multiplatform als Schwerpunkt, Grundkenntnisse in nativer iOS- und/oder Android-Entwicklung
Solide JS/TS-Kenntnisse, Erfahrung mit React, Astro, Tailwind
SEO, Performance und Accessibility hast du im Blut
CMS-Erfahrung, idealerweise mit Payload, ist ein Plus
Verantwortung übernehmen statt Tickets abhaken – das ist dein Ding
Probleme siehst du, bevor sie dir jemand zeigen muss
Fehler passieren – du lernst daraus und teilst die Learnings mit dem Team
Mitdenken, mitgestalten: ausdrücklich erwünscht
Allrounder: wechselnde Stacks und Projekte reizen dich, statt dich zu stressen
KI-Tools, allen voran Claude, nutzt du gezielt für Tempo & Qualität – Kontrolle über Code und Entscheidungen bleibt bei dir
