Infrastruktur
Systeme und Infrastruktur setzt du auf und hältst sie am Laufen: Kubernetes, Docker, Cloudflare – alles on point
Web
React, Astro, Tailwind – du baust Web-Anteile, die schnell laden und gut aussehen
SEO, Performance, Accessibility: nicht nachträglich draufgesetzt, sondern von Tag eins mitgedacht
CMS ist bei dir Nebensache – wenn nötig, Payload oder Eigenbau
Und dann ist da noch der Agenturalltag: n8n-Automatisierungen bauen und pflegen, APIs interner Tools wie Asana, Grafana oder Google APIs anbinden. Kein Kerngeschäft, aber genauso wichtig – und du packst es genauso sorgfältig an.
Qualifikation
Erfahrung mit Ruby on Rails, Node- und/oder PHP-Erfahrung ist ein Plus
Kubernetes, Docker, Cloudflare – oder vergleichbare Cloud-/Container-Tools – sind dir vertraut
Solide JS/TS-Kenntnisse, Erfahrung mit React, Astro, Tailwind
SEO, Performance und Accessibility hast du im Blut
CMS-Themen sind nachrangig – wenn, dann Payload oder Eigenentwicklungen
Verantwortung übernehmen statt Tickets abhaken – das ist dein Ding
Probleme siehst du, bevor sie dir jemand zeigen muss
Fehler passieren – du lernst daraus und teilst die Learnings mit dem Team
Mitdenken, mitgestalten: ausdrücklich erwünscht
Allrounder: wechselnde Stacks und Projekte reizen dich, statt dich zu stressen
KI-Tools, allen voran Claude, nutzt du gezielt für Tempo & Qualität – Kontrolle über Code und Entscheidungen bleibt bei dir
AI, AI Coding, Agents, Automatisierung – dein Ding auch privat
