Job description
Your new team: Want to build and operate reliable platforms that help teams deliver great products? You’ll join a collaborative engineering team working at the intersection of development, operations, and architecture. As a Senior DevOps Engineer (m/f/d), you will help shape our cloud platform, solve complex technical problems, and turn ambiguous challenges into practical, scalable solutions. You will work closely with engineers and stakeholders across the domain and help raise our engineering standards through knowledge sharing and mentoring.
What you can expect: Architecture and ownership : You contribute to architectural decisions, address technical debt, and make pragmatic trade-offs across reliability, scalability, security, and cost.
Reliable platforms : You design, build, and operate secure, scalable, and maintainable cloud platforms and services.
Automation and delivery : You improve automation, infrastructure, deployment processes, observability, and operational efficiency.
Distributed systems : You work with distributed software, event-driven architectures, and event streaming.
Incremental delivery : You break complex initiatives into smaller workstreams and deliver value step by step.

Your profile Professional experience : You have several years of experience in DevOps, platform engineering, SRE, or a related field.
AWS expertise : You have strong hands-on experience with AWS and cloud-native infrastructure.
Go experience : You have professional experience with Go (Golang), ideally for automation, platform tooling, or backend services.
Distributed systems : You understand distributed systems, asynchronous processing, and event streaming.
Engineering excellence : You are experienced with automation, infrastructure as code, continuous delivery, observability, security, and reliability.
Technical leadership : You can make sound architectural decisions and explain technical trade-offs clearly
Delivery mindset : You have experience leading technical initiatives and delivering complex work incrementally.
Collaboration and mentoring : You enjoy working with others, sharing knowledge, and supporting the growth of your colleagues.
