Join DKB Code Factory as a Junior Android Developer and become part of our Team, working on the end-to-end brokerage experience within our mobile banking app. From buying and selling stocks to investment plans and portfolio performance, you’ll contribute to real customer-facing features while learning from experienced Android developers. Grow your technical skills, bring your ideas and curiosity, and gradually take on more ownership in a collaborative and supportive environment.

{ your_responsibilities: [

Contribute to the Broker Android codebase by implementing and delivering appropriately scoped features and bug fixes from ticket to production.

Participate in SCRUM ceremonies to ensure high quality and continuous delivery.

Collaborate closely with Product and Design to clarify requirements, implement acceptance criteria, and iterate on user-facing flows (account opening, trading, investment plans, portfolios, orders).

Learn and apply team quality standards: writing maintainable code, adding appropriate tests, and documenting technical decisions and PRs.

Seek and apply feedback from peers and mentors; proactively raise blockers and ask for clarification when requirements are ambiguous.

Support migration and platform work as required, following established architecture and testing practices.

Contribute positively to team culture by sharing ideas, participating in knowledge sharing, and helping maintain a collaborative environment.

{ following_qualifications_would_be_in_line_with_our_desired_profile_for_this_position: [

Strong programming or computer science foundations.

Basic understanding of Android development concepts and familiarity with Android Studio.

Comfortable coding in Kotlin or willingness to learn Kotlin quickly.

Clear verbal and written communication in English is required.

Eagerness to learn, receive coaching, and grow technical skills through mentorship and on-the-job experience.

Collaborative mindset: able to participate constructively in reviews, pair programming, and cross functional discussions.

Are you wondering about the "Nice to Haves"?

Familiarity with Jetpack Compose, coroutines, dependency injection, or Clean Architecture principles.

Basic understanding of testing strategies for Android (unit tests, instrumentation/UI tests).

Experience with Git workflows and common collaboration tools (GitHub/GitLab, Jira, Confluence).

Any prior Android projects or internship experience.
