Job description
You'll stay close to our customer base, spot which projects are moving toward deployment, and make sure Furo is there when they do: turning our planning platform into a gateway for the next stage of our product. You'll work directly with the founders and help build a new function from the ground up.

Commercially Sharp
You genuinely love talking to customers and are curious about their world

Data-Driven and Structured
You're as comfortable in data (e.g., Supabase or Hubspot) as you are on a customer call
You don't just track things, you build systems: scalable processes, automated workflows, dashboards that tell you what to do next
You believe that the best commercial instinct is backed by data
You Won't Have Fun If You
Are scared of hardware: You’ll build a solid understanding of the energy system on site and stay on top of our integration landscape to get our battery projects running
Can't spend half your day talking to customers: this role lives and dies on relationships
Feel uncomfortable digging into databases, user stats, or platform analytics
Expect top-down instructions: we trust you to figure it out
Prefer a typical 9–5: we move fast and take full ownership
Don't enjoy being close to customers and partners — we visit sites across Germany
Qualifications
Fast-paced environment in your past: top-tier consulting, a hypergrowth startup, or a commercial role in energy or infrastructure
Experience in operations-focused roles and managing a large customer portfolio with structured processes
C1 German or higher — most of our customers are German-speaking
Bonus: Familiarity with energy project development, storage, or grid-connected assets
