The Talent Management team is currently recruiting linguists willing to joining our team of Non-Linguistic Quality Coordination (QC) task specialists.

Responsibilities
Perform QC of translations into English for pharmacovigilance, regulatory, and clinical content.
Use CAT tools (XTM preferred) and run QA checks to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Validate formatting, numbers, dates, units, terminology, and adherence to instructions.
Support processing of non-editable/handwritten sources and perform formatting QC after conversion.
Self-assign work via Open Offers and meet urgent TATs (typically 12–24 hours).
Handle high volume split across multiple small files; document and report discrepancies.
Collaborate with translators, editors, and PMs; escalate risks promptly.
Follow corporate procedures (CP0048), data security, and SOPs within the assigned Squad.
Requirements:
Mandatory experience with CAT tools: XTM, Trados, MemoQ, Phrase or similars.
Experience with QA checks: Xbench, Verifika, or CAT-integrated QA.
Minimum 6 months as a Language QA specialist in localization.
Advanced English (C1); proficient in Microsoft Word (Track Changes).
Availability of 4–5 hours per day; willing to work weekends and bank holidays.
Able to meet urgent TATs (12–24 hours) and manage many small files.
Willing to complete the QC test and follow staged onboarding.
