Entwicklung und Implementierung von Datenanalyse-, Prozessoptimierungs- und Machine-Learning-Tools für innovative EUV-Messsysteme

Analyse großer Datensätze und Bilddaten gemeinsam mit funktionsübergreifenden Algorithmus- und Entwicklungsteams

Entwicklung neuer Methoden für Machine Learning und datenbasierte Anwendungen in der EUV-Metrologie

Umsetzung von KI-Initiativen von explorativer Datenanalyse bis zu agentischen KI-Systemen

Überführung von Algorithmen und ML-Modellen in wartbare, produktionsreife und kundenorientierte Softwarelösungen

Steuerung und Organisation von Data-Science-Projekten zur Erschließung neuer ML-Anwendungen in der EUV-Metrologie

Für diese Position sind bestimmte fachliche und persönliche Voraussetzungen hilfreich. Die folgenden Anforderungen geben dir einen Überblick darüber, welche Erfahrungen und Eigenschaften für diese Rolle von Vorteil sind.

Was du mitbringen solltest:

Hochschulabschluss, idealerweise Promotion, in Physik, Mathematik, Informatik, Data Science, KI oder Ingenieurwissenschaften

Mindestens drei Jahre Erfahrung entlang des gesamten Data-Science- und Machine-Learning-Lebenszyklus

Fundierte Kenntnisse in Datenanalyse, statistischen Methoden, Machine Learning und zugrunde liegenden Algorithmen

Erfahrung mit optischer Messtechnik oder ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis für die Verarbeitung komplexer Messdaten

Sehr gute Python -Kenntnisse sowie Erfahrung mit OOD, testgetriebener und agiler Softwareentwicklung

Sicherer Umgang mit Git und Azure DevOps sowie Erfahrung mit produktionsreifen ML-Lösungen

Selbstständige Arbeitsweise, Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse mindestens auf B2-Niveau
