Der zunehmende Kostendruck im deutschen Gesundheitswesen stellt Krankenhäuser vor eine große Herausforderung: Sie müssen immer komplexere Anforderungen erfüllen, um ihre erbrachten Leistungen vollständig und korrekt vergütet zu bekommen. Gleichzeitig arbeiten bereits mehr als 80 Prozent der deutschen Krankenhäuser defizitär.
Mit unserer KI-Lösung unterstützen wir bereits zahlreiche öffentliche, private und kirchliche Krankenhäuser in ganz Deutschland dabei, den gesamten Prozess von der Behandlung bis zur Bezahlung zu automatisieren und zu optimieren. Unser Leistungsspektrum reicht von der automatisierten Ermittlung der richtigen Abrechnungscodes auf Grundlage der Patientenakte über die Verbesserung der Dokumentationsqualität bis hin zur Steuerung von Liegedauern. So entlasten wir Krankenhäuser entlang des gesamten Aufgabenspektrums des Medizincontrollings.

Dein Profil
starker Builder mit Software-Engineering-Fundament
Full Stack, sicher in Python, APIs, Backend, Datenpipelines und Frontend
Erfahrung mit AI-Workflows und LLMs
Großes Interesse am Gesundheitswesen. Pluspunkte für Medizininformatik-Spezialisierung oder Vergleichbares
gutes Produktgefühl und Lust auf unklare, reale Probleme statt enger Tickets
kommunikationsstark und gerne nah an Kunden, Piloten und Rollouts
Deutsch auf C2-Niveau
Standort München bevorzugt
