Aufgaben
Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der Microsoft 365 Plattform inklusive Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint und OneDrive
Implementierung und Administration moderner Cloud-, Security- und Endpoint-Management-Lösungen
Mitarbeit bei Cloud-Migrationen, IT-Modernisierungsprojekten sowie der Einführung neuer Microsoft-Technologien
Umsetzung von Compliance-, Security- und Governance-Anforderungen (u. a. NIS2, ISO)
Unterstützung bei der Einführung von Automatisierungs-, KI- und Microsoft Copilot-Lösungen
Kontinuierliche Optimierung der IT-Landschaft sowie Dokumentation von Prozessen und Systemen
Zusammenarbeit in nationalen und internationalen IT-Projekten mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern
Qualifikation
Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Microsoft-365-, Cloud- oder Modern-Workplace-Umfeld
Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune und Azure
Erfahrung mit Identity & Access Management, Security- und Compliance-Themen
Kenntnisse moderner Sicherheitskonzepte sowie Cloud- und Transformationsprojekte
Interesse an Microsoft Copilot, KI und Automatisierung
Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
