In this role, you will directly contribute to a global platform used by over half the company every day for shipping data &amp; AI products at scale. You’ll be expected to be hands-on: building services, providing commentary and insight on architecture, and working daily with a range of engineering &amp; product stakeholders to improve velocity and enable platform capabilities that allow Addepar to be the ultimate data &amp; AI platform for finance. Additionally, you’ll manage a global team with a mix of experience and help them grow and be productive.&nbsp;</p> <p>Applicants must have, and maintain, the right to work in the United Kingdom from the first day of employment. Please note that visa sponsorship is not available for this role.</p> <h4><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></span></h4> <ul> <li>Work on greenfield projects changing what is possible for a lakehouse architecture to do for improving velocity &amp; shipping products&nbsp;</li> <li>Build &amp; own entire services end-to-end that can scale at the enterprise level Addepar serves</li> <li>Help architect and contribute to the next generation interface onto our platforms to enable seamless development with agentic AI</li> <li>Manage a global team with a mix of experience and help them grow and be productive</li> <li>Help support our global operating model for data &amp; infrastructure across Addepar’s broader platform</li> </ul> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Who You Are</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience</li> <li>At least five years of experience</li> <li>Deep experience working with cloud infrastructure directly with infrastructure as code (e.g. Terraform) on AWS</li> <li>Deep technical knowledge of Java or Python, and datastores like DyanmoDB, Postgres, MySQL, etc.</li> <li>Knowledge of systems design &amp; distributed processing through technologies such as Apache Spark or Databricks / Snowflake is a huge plus</li> <li>Knowledge on messaging technologies like Kafka / AWS Kinesis or similar is a plus</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Our Values&nbsp;</strong></span></p> <ul> <li><strong>Act Like an Owner - </strong><span style="font-weight: 400;">Think and operate with intention, purpose and care.
