About the Role A fast-growing, Y Combinator–backed startup in the AI marketing space is hiring their first engineer in Munich. This is a true founding-scope role: you will own full product features end to end, working side by side with the founders and directly with customers. The company builds a marketing suite that helps brands understand, monitor, and improve their visibility across AI agents and AI-powered search platforms — a category that is growing rapidly. You will span product thinking, frontend, backend systems, LLM pipelines, data, and customer conversations. If you thrive in ambiguity, love shipping things that matter, and want real ownership from day one, this role is for you. What You'll Do Own full product features from ambiguous problem through to live, customer-validated product Work directly with founders and customers to figure out what to build next Design and implement LLM pipelines and agentic workflows that power core product capabilities Build across the full stack — frontend UI, backend services, and data layers Design simple, intuitive UX for complex workflows Talk to customers regularly and translate feedback into concrete product improvements Continuously iterate until features create measurable customer value What We're Looking For Required: Eligible to work in Germany, or able to obtain a work visa (sponsorship is available) Willingness to work on-site in Munich — this role is fully on-site Hands-on experience designing and implementing LLM pipelines and agentic workflows in production Strong track record shipping production SaaS features end to end Comfortable owning full-stack work from a blank page to a live product Skilled at designing clear, simple UX for complex product surfaces Solid experience with TypeScript and React Strong communication skills and genuine enthusiasm for direct customer engagement Has shipped a product from 0 to 1 before Nice to Have: Experience with Vite, Supabase, Vercel, and/or ClickHouse Familiarity with AI/LLM-heavy product development workflows Background in martech, SEO/GEO tooling, or analytics platforms Compensation & Benefits Base salary: €85,000 – €120,000 per year Equity: Meaningful VSOP (virtual stock option) package Visa sponsorship available for eligible candidates Location This role is on-site in Munich, Germany .
