About the Role
Join a small, fast-moving team building an AI-powered digital assistant for B2B sales teams — a multi-platform product spanning a React Web App, an Electron Desktop Client, a Swift Mobile App, and two backend services. As an Associate Founding Engineer (Full-Stack) , you'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with founding engineers from the very early days, receive direct mentorship from senior technical leaders, and grow your ownership and responsibility as you demonstrate your strengths. This is a rare opportunity to shape a product at the ground floor.

Support and learn from founding engineers across the full product stack.
Contribute to core features spanning Web, Desktop, Mobile, and backend services.
Receive hands-on mentorship from senior technical leaders.

What We're Looking For
Required:
Solid foundation in TypeScript and modern React .
Nice to have / additional strengths:
Demonstrable experience in one or more of: mobile (Swift) , desktop (Electron/React) , or web backend (Node.js, REST/WebSockets) .
Proven track record delivering features across multiple platforms (Web, Electron/React Desktop, and Swift Mobile) within a single product.
Comfort working in GitHub-based teams with code reviews and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience participating in early-stage product discussions and influencing architectural decisions.
Open-source contributions or showcaseable side projects that demonstrate initiative.
University degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, or an adjacent discipline.
Enthusiasm for fast-paced, early-stage startup environments.

Location & Work Arrangement
This is a hybrid role based in Munich, Germany . Regular on-site presence at the Munich office is required as part of the role.
