Zur Verstärkung unseres Managed Service Teams suchen wir einen Systemadministrator im Bereich Microsoft Windows Client/ Server (m/w/d) .

Aufgaben

Administration und Weiterentwicklung von Microsoft-Infrastrukturen mit Schwerpunkt auf Win Server, M365 und Microsoft Azure

Betreuung und Optimierung hybrider IT-Umgebungen inkl. Active Directory/ Entra ID, Backup-Lösungen und Virtualisierung

Planung und Umsetzung von Hardening- und Security-Maßnahmen

Analyse und Behebung von Störungen im 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support

Mitarbeit an IT-Projekten, Migrationen sowie der Einführung neuer Technologien

Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentationen

Qualifikation

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung/ Studium in der IT oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung

Erfahrung in der Administration von Windows Server, speziell Cloud-basiert

Erfahrung mit Veeam Backup & Replication sowie Virtualisierungslösungen wie Proxmox

Gute Kenntnisse in den Bereichen IT-Sicherheit und Security Best Practices

Strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung

Idealerweise Kenntnisse im Endpoint Management mit Intune

Sehr gute Deutsch- und idealerweise Englischkenntnisse
