Aufgaben What you'll do: The bulk of your time: Be on camera and build formats that make WePush and SongPush visible on TikTok and Instagram 🎥 Identify, develop, and produce content formats independently, from first idea to published post Translate less obvious material such as internal processes, performance data, and behind-the-scenes work into content people love Own TikTok and Instagram end to end: posting, community, and staying ahead of trends Work closely with the team to turn campaigns, creator stories, and company milestones into content Test formats continuously and adapt quickly based on performance Qualifikation What you bring Exceptionally communicative: you're comfortable talking to a camera, an audience or a room Energetic with an edge. You have a voice and know when to use it A steady stream of ideas, more than there is time to produce A strong instinct for content and genuine enjoyment of being on camera The ability to spot, develop, and execute formats on your own, without a step-by-step brief Strong identification with TikTok, social media, and WePush as a brand Hands-on experience producing for TikTok and Instagram Benefits Why work at WePush This is a rare chance to shape a brand from the front rather than produce content for an established one.
